Hello Reader I'm back with some updates! This week, I'm sharing some updates on The Awakened Homeowner journey.

Thank you for participating in this private community of like minded homeowners, designers, and contractors. The fellowship continues to grow as we evolve together!

Over the past month a lot has happened. Check out the progress in each of the channels for the mission.

I hope to share my knowledge with anyone about to embark on a project. Every bit helps! So, here we go!

1. The Book

We are now live, available in Print, Ebook, and Audio from your favorite online book store!

Call For Reviews!

The community is growing and I could really use some help to spread the word!

A significant part of a book's success is obtaining reviews on or near the day of its publication. I received a great response from my fans with just about one hundred free review copies downloaded!

The book publishing journey is definitely a marathon and positive reviews keep me chugging along!

Here are some important tips for posting your review to keep Amazon happy.

• Indicate you received an advanced copy of the book for an honest review at the end of your posting.
• Reviews that include the "verified purchase" badge go a long way. No pressure...haha.
• No need to mention you know me personally as Amazon may not like that 🙂.
• If your last name is Reid, well, better not post a review as Amazon may not like that either..darn. Get creative with your accounts ;)
• Ideally reviews pop in around publication date which is 4/25. The algorithms pick up on this and help with visibility for the book.

2. The Podcast​

The podcast has been one of the more enjoyable aspects of The Awakened Homeowner platform. I will strive to publish an episode every week on Saturday mornings. As the content evolves I am combining audio and video so that I can present visuals when needed.

3. The App

​

The incubation process of buildquest is well underway. We have vetted several developer candidates and just about to pull the trigger on a selection. I am very encouraged as the UI/UX design has progressed and aligned with our vision. The developers have been instrumental in tailoring the app towards a breakout solution for homeowners. There really is nothing like it? Another exciting development is our first addition to the buildquest team. Meet Quinn, your project guide, concierge, and advocate. Quinn will be dedicated to empowering homeowners with the guidance they need!

4. For Fun!

Getting the word out has been a blast but also an uphill climb. Check out some of the ads you may run into I am working on.
